For most of my twenties, I felt like I was failing at being human.
The exhaustion that never lifted no matter how much I slept. The brain fog, the mood swings that came out of nowhere, the feeling of being a stranger in my own body. I saw doctors, got told everything looked "normal," and went home with nothing but a prescription and more questions than I arrived with.
I started researching on my own, desperate for answers. I watched my mother struggle through perimenopause with zero support and recognized the same dismissal that I was experiencing myself. Decades between us and we were fighting the same battle.
Then I found cycle syncing and everything changed.
Not overnight and definitely not perfectly. But slowly, I started to understand what my body had been trying to tell me all along. The exhaustion lifted. The brain fog cleared. I felt, for the first time in years, like myself and I knew I wanted to help other women feel that, too.
I became a certified hormone health and cycle syncing coach because I know what it feels like to be dismissed, to be told you're fine when you know you're not, and to finally find the answers that change everything. I've seen the gap firsthand; in my own life and in the lives of women close to me. This work is more than just a career for me. It's my calling.
